Hello! Okay, I'll get right to the murder in my life. It's crows. A murder of crows. They're not actually MY murder, but I'm courting them, and they're watching very closely. Side note: Saying, "here crowie, crowie, crow," doesn't help. 😬Speaking of animals, several years ago, I wrote a book where a cow had gotten loose and I had to steer (get it) off the road. At that time, I still read my reviews, and I received one where the person called me a liar and said she had lived in my town, and that never happened. She claimed farmers didn't let that happen and I was lying. I won't remind y'all that I write fiction because that part in the book was actually TRUE. I have a friend who used to have cows, and she would often chase them down the road when they got loose. OFTEN. So, the other day, my husband and I were driving down the street and guess what was in the middle of the road? No, not a crow. A cow! It ran down the road with a car behind it, and a woman in the passenger seat waving her arm to try and direct the cow. I really can't make this stuff up. I wanted to get a pic, but I was too busy enjoying it. Also, I called the sheriff just to let them know because it was a. higher traffic road. When I drove up on the deaf, directionally challenged pig a year or so ago, I thought I had seen it all, but a car guiding a cow? That beats it for me. Have you ever had to chase a large animal out of the road? I do love saving turtles. One day I'll tell you the turtle and semi story. Another one that can't be made up! Speaking of being made up, let's talk about my books, please.
